yesterday water temp was 59 in SW Virginia i couldnt get a bite on any shallow bait. caught bass in 20ft of water in river channel bends with drop shot and roboworm.

i have a trophey beach kayak. its an angler edition. i paid 150 for it used and have caught a hundred bass out of it. mine is one that u have to paddle.

Fished a company sponsored tournament last weekend and we finished 3rd place. We caught about 12 bass but only 2 i caught were keepers. a 3 and an almost 4 pound smallmouths. the larger smallmouth got us big fish. Cant wait to fish more tourneys. woohoo!

I live in southwest virginia and been catching them on big rock and big laydowns on a weightless fluke. green pumpkin magic.

I got third in a company tournament Saturday of about 25 boats. We got 85 and we got 85 for biggest fish.

My name is Shane Deel and i'm from Norton Va. I love everything about fishing. I have fishing on the brain just about 24/7. I only have a kayak to fish from now so i mostly fish small lakes close to home but hoping to start fishing some rivers and back creeks of larger lakes.
