  1. According to my order history on TW, $2031 in the past year, just with TW...
  2. I bought three packs when they first came out. I used them once, and never threw them again. I just couldn't get them to work right.
  3. I prefer the original rat l traps.
  4. It hasn't been above 15 degrees here in a week, so....
  5. Already have 3 of them.
  6. Green will probably win this one. And the fact that it is the most common braid color will strongly influence that.
  7. You should have saved yourself the shipping and bought 2-3. You're going to want more.
  8. Tatula, hands down
  9. I was just in Hampton for the past week and I went to that store in Hampton with my fiance and her sister. They were amazed at the size of the store, and I told them it was very small for a BPS. We stopped at the Richmond store yesterday on our way back to Pittsburgh and my fiance quickly saw what I meant about the Hampton store being so small.
  10. If you're pretty familiar with your body of water, you should have a good feel for what works, what doesn't, and what is needed for whatever conditions that day calls for. For example, if the water is super cold (much like this time of year, or early spring), then it's safe to say you can leave your topwater lures all at home, but I would make sure to bring a jerkbait or two along. Or if you fish from shore and you don't fish any water deeper than 8-10 feet, you can leave your DD22's and DT16's at home.
  11. Looks like about 5 pounds to me.
  12. Since buying Cavitrons, I no longer want to throw any other buzz baits. You can't beat them.
  13. The bluegill and perch DT's are some of my best producers here in PA.
  14. Chartreuse shiner. End of story.
  15. Can't beat them for the price
  16. I personally prefer a 6:1 reel for jerkbaits, that way I can pick up the slack quicker. It is also a good ratio for shallower cranks (0-8 ft). I personally use the ci4 151 for this application. I use a 5:1 Chronarch 201e5 for my deeper cranks (7-12 ft). If they made the left ci4 power gear model, I'd probably use that. For the super deep stuff (12 ft+), I'll be throwing a Zillion crazy cranker 4.9:1. As for the rod, I prefer a fast action for my jerkbaits, a moderate for deep cranks, and a mod fast to fast for shallower cranks. So like others have said, I think you're trying to cover too much with one rod.
  17. I live just north of Pittsburgh, right up 79 from where you'll be.
  18. I'd guess around 4# as well. Did you measure the length or girth?
  19. That's all the cranks you have?! I have a box that same size just for squarebills, and it doesn't even hold all of them.
  20. Everything looks further than it really is on camera.
  21. Go fish in Canada for a week (haven't gone since 2006) Start fishing tournaments Deep cranking (15+ foot)
  22. Killer deal on those Fenwicks! Where did you find that deal? If you don't mind me asking.
  23. 1. I've got a Savy spinning rod, but none in the casting rod. If their casting rods are like the spinning, it should be a pretty good rod for the money. 2. I've got 2 of these in the new cork models. Love these rods and they're definitely a good rod for the money. 3. No experience with those. I'd also look at the St. Croix Avid and Premier models. Can't go wrong with either in the sub $200 range.
