Yep. I was fishing with a friend and my little brother in my friends boat a couple weeks ago. We were catching fish off a point and having a good day. This older guy and his friend and girlfriend/wife "eased" up and started fishing near us. Usually that's something I don't have a problem with (although its a little irritating). Anyways he happened to cross lines with my brother and got all mad about it and started cursing and saying a lot of words a 13 y.o. kid shouldn't hear. He yelled at us and asked my brother if he was retarded and if we were stupid and to get off his spot. Pretty ridiculous since we were there first. His behavior was completely uncalled for. We decided to just leave and forget it. You never know what could happen with a guy like that. There's a lot of good people in the world and a lot of bad people, this guy happened to be bad. You have to forget about it and continue fishing, there's always going to be jerks no matter what you're doing.

hey there's a lot of effeminate guys that really like snakes. Jk lol. But seriously I don't really have any stories mostly gopher snakes around here. However a kid in this area picked up a baby rattlesnake that was "dead" and it bit him and killed him. Tragic, but a good lesson to learn from.

As far as country goes I can't stand most of the new stuff, but I like George straight, Luke Bryant, and Waylon Jennings, the highwaymen etc. Rock, I like a little bit here and there, guns and roses, acdc, etc. Not big into pop but some of its alright. Like Wisconsin heat mentioned, alternative rock like imagine dragons an one republic is something I've gotten into. Rap, I like 2pac, eminem (including bad meets evil and d12), and dr dre.

I have the most luck dropshotting wacky. I love the jackall flick shakes, Yamamoto pro and thin senkos, and of course roboworms. Only problem with these bais is they last 1 fish. ;( Well worth it though.

X5! I was thinking a poison adrena but for his price range there's none better than a zodias.

I always have a spinning rod rigged up with a dropshot. Definitely my go-to finesse technique. It's a good idea to keep one rigged because they're kind of a pain to tie.

I have the 845 cbr, got to use it a little last week and even caught a couple on it. I used everything from 1.5s to 6xds, handled them all well. Also tried it with the vixen, good rod for that too. I like the full grip, balance is good and the sensitivity is better than my powell max 705 cbr which is the same price. It felt a little bit more powerful than the max but with a slightly more moderate taper.

I have the #1 owner down shot hooks for this application and they work great. The rebarb is probably a great choice as well, I only have experience with the 4/0 for texas rigging.
