    The reel seat on the casting looks good. The spinning looks horrible though at least for the way I hold a spinning rod.

    I palm my reels so it probably wouldn't be a problem. It really drives me crazy though when manufactures can't get the handle/reel seat assembly right. It's a major selling point for me. I buy rods when they feel good in my hand.

    Ya I saw some pictures online and it looked like there would be a bad hook up ratio even on the special jig head. Probably because of the different shape.

    Does anybody use the Huddleston hand painted huddle bugs? They look great, I'm just wondering what the best way to rig them is.

    Wew you'd need a telephone pole to cast that rig lol. I don't even think the dobyns 908 is a match for that!

    What's up with the handle grip (right behind reel) on these rods? Seems really short, looks uncomfortable. What are your thoughts?

    I love throwing t-rigged weightless plastics because they're almost 100% weedless. You can throw just about any plastic, Senkos, flukes, and craws (in particular pit bosses and rage craws) are all awesome weightless.

    I think they work, it's just there's so many other, better options. Strike King XD, DD22, Spro Little John DD, and Lucky Craft D10, 12 and 20 are all cheaper and perform just as well or better Imo

    I agree with pretty much everything has said.They look good, I like the backbone/tip percentage thing, and the hood for the reel seat. But like Grantman said I hate that acs reel seat!

    I love em for bass and crappie. Throw them on my drop shot combo, Phenix m1 and revo s, 6 lb mono or fluoro. I don't think this is the right forum for this topic...

    Haha I know right. I tried monster awhile back just for the heck of it, didn't notice much of an increase in energy but man when it wore off in like 2 or 3 hrs it hit me hard. Got all shaky and felt like taking a nap. Seems like something you could really get addicted to. I spend enough on fishing already.

    Ya I agree. Heard they have a problem with the bills breaking. I'm sticking with pointers for now at least.

    X2. Swim jigs are more of a big fish bait IMO.

    They're actually not all that bad. Better than the shimano corsair that's for sure.
