  1. Just moved to E City from Clearwater Florida and wondering how the bass fishing is in this area? Are the ponds/lakes in complexes stocked with bass? I live on a pretty big lake so wondering if it's worth a shot or if I'm just gonna look like a goon out there trying to catch a fish where there are no fish.
  2. Anyone on here fish in any of the draw clubs around here? I'm really looking to go fish tournaments more and would love to find a good draw club.

  8. Joe, crest lake park and walsingham park are solid places to fish. Especially if you get a kayak. But their are plenty of good ponds around the area.
  9. I'm taking the wife out fishing there tomorrow. While I'm a pretty solid fisherman and could spend the day locating fish I want it to be a fun experience for her and for her to catch fish as well. Has anyone on here fished there? Any info would be awesome
  10. Anthony were you at the air sta? That's where j am now. But I've been to bill jackson and they are pretty expensive for a yak compared to other places.
  11. Does any do bass fishing from a kayak in pinellas county florida? Really wanting to go out there and do it. Sick of fishing from the shore all the time and a boat is too expensive right now.
  12. Been fishing here in Clearwater area before and after the rain working a bone white super spook and horny toads over grass and killing them. Went for 2 hours yesterday and caught 20 fish. Most in the 2 to 3 pound range with one big dude at 6 1/2.
  13. Does anyone live up in the Clearwater area and fish the lakes around there? I've been fishing the lakes in my apartment complex pretty frequently and catching about a 2 pound average. Lost one the would have went 8-9 in the grass trying to get him up the bank.
  14. Try out the lake right by the Miami airport a ton of big peacocks with a lot of other fish. largies, snook., tarpon and a few jacks
  15. How's it going everyone. I'm 24 originally from Las Vegas and used to fish tournaments with my dad back there before I joined the Coast Guard and now been stationed here in lovely Clearwater Fl. Ive been fishing since I was 3 and I love to tournament fish. Currently don't have a boat, but cant wait to get my hands on one. Im a huge skeeter fan but im biased because that's all ive ever been on. If anyone in my area is looking for a co-angler for their club or just to go out and fish let me know. Id be glad to help pay for gas, beer, food etc.

  18. Hey fellas I've been stationed here in Clearwater Florida for 3 years now and looking to fish the bassmaster weekend series in June as a co angler, anyone in here going to fish it as a boater? I'd like to sign up to guarantee me a fishing spot in the tournament. Also I know this being my first post is a little brash but hey I love tournament fishing. I did it a lot with my dad back on the west coast but since enlisting in the coast guard I haven't fished a single one. Any info would be much appreciated.
