Hadn't fish sents spring hit little flats on main lake near deep water patroon north water was muddy but near bank you would have clear patches in buck brush I would follow bank until I found a little dip in bank caught seval nice fish bigest 6.14 just bought a lot san migel will be learning it this fall will post. just got back from Toledo fish Friday main lake coves below bridge la side pick up 5 best 5lbs road up to Britain very stained water got 1 / 1215 area sunday got 1 6lb 14 onc/ 1 in corsey very stained pick up 6 at bridge all on tube or tx rig chompers be back in 4 weeks
want be back on lake till sept. plane on 3 trips this fall . would be up for a turney this fall with a little advance notice would like to see a bass club with these members
On 5-24 fished Martinez very little grass a few fish here and there then ran to palo gaucho flats the wind has layer to nothing had 5 fish lost a big one finish day of in patroon nothing. 5-25. Ran to 1215 just found pepper grass no fish in it fish around pine iland caught on some humps in 18 to 6 ft finish up Stewart's ridge in patroon
When your running into San miguel boat lane from the man lake it intersects with a boat lane that turns north in la state park at that turn is a road bed that travels north and south , fish around intersection

I fish out of holly park mostly but like to travel the lake. on 5-1n2 fished Britain had the best day ever bass fishin on spinner and tub jigs got into schooling bass on almost every cast a 2 to 4lb fish. on 5-3 road down to dam could not believe the different in water clarity. watch some pros. saw a lot of lake I want to learn . I think that clear water will be a bit different fishin than on upper lake. will be back on 5-23 plan on trying Indian mound any tips would be welcome. read every page order my map . will give report on 1st timer on indian mound
