It lays on top of the water, Idk if It actually floats. I think its kinda like how when you lay a needle on water gently it floats on top until you push it down then it sinks to the bottom...

I love fishing in the morning! Even when the fish don't cooperate I just like being out on the water...

My family has rented cabins during the summer there multiple times for vacation and I have to say it's my absolute favorite place I've been to in my life... Plenty of stuff to do, lots of wildlife in the mountains, and gorgeous secenery make it a blast to go to! My best memory from there is when a bear and it's three cubs came to our cabin and got in our trash 2 times during our stay, it was cool because were just standing on the balcony watching the bears climb the trees and eat garbage lol! I was younger at the time and I was mesmerized by those bears haha Another good memory is when we got caught in a snowstorm our last day there... It was the first time I saw snow in my life, and it was a blast to play in haha Hope you enjoy it!

Lol you obviously don't fish the A-Rig, doubles aren't common on the rig, many people have been fishing the A-rig for a long time and have never doubled up. The main argument for why the A-rig should be banned is mostly the fact that on TV dragging up fish with 3 hooks stuck in their side can look bad. (I personally don't care if its banned or not, doesn't effect my fishing lol.) And I don't wanna be "that guy" but there are already a lot of good threads on this worth reading if your interested in the topic. I'll add one more thing, FLW did a survey and the majority of professionals did not like the Alabama rig being used in tournaments, so them banning it pleases the majority of pros.

I was fishing a hard bait of some kind that had three treble hooks on it ( don't know exactly what it was) for speckled trout with my uncle and I felt a hit and my bass fisherman kicked in and I set the hook to hard sending the bait flying at my face, somehow after it hit me in the forehead none of the hooks got me, I wasn't wearing sunglasses so it could have been very very bad...

Not yet, still have 4 tournaments left.
