  1. Reaction strikes can be unbelievable sometimes, It is amazing how accurate bass can be even when striking off pure instinct....
  2. I eat a lot more than 3lbs of fish a month. I have fish like every other day. 3lbs of bass Idk maybe, but I eat tuna salmon or bass almost every other day
  3. I only use JJs but haven't tried megastrike. I don't know if the scent from JJs makes a difference but I think it might make them think its real that 1-2 extra seconds. I use it mainly for the colors
  4. I've used 20lb fine on my small cranking setups but I started using 30lb recently and I like it little better I think, I'd try 30-65 first like kevin22 said
  5. You could try big worms like 12inch ole monsters or berkly power worms.
  6. I'm fishing waters that average 5-6 FOW so I'm using 1/2 more than half the time I throw a spinner bait, but like iabass said I like to use 3/8 when working really shallow like waking the bait.
  7. It would honestly be a lot better with treble hooks, but then again you wouldn't be able to fish it in the thicker places... Idk I feel they could remake it and improve it alit
  8. http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/137188-spinnerbait-weight/?fromsearch=1 This was from awhile back
  9. I absouletly hate wearing sunglasses, so I have a pair of cheap 15$ glasses I throw on when the sun is bright enough I can't see or if I have a newbie in the boat with wild cast lol
  10. Man, I had to take a double take on the title lol During the summer I'm usually fishing from before sunrise till I get tired of the heat and I head in which is usually like 6 hours but sometimes if I'm doing good I'll stay a little longer.
  11. http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/12403-jig-fishing-questions/page-18#entry1561229 There you go.
  12. Its probably more preference than anything else I was just wondering what most other people use
  13. Yup this is the only baits it'll dissolve I think
  14. Chartreuse black back is a must for dark/muddy in my opinion but I use it in all kinds of water. I think 6 colors could cover most situations If I had to choose 6 colors only for the KVD 1.5s I'd pick 1. Chart black back 2. Gizzard shad 3. Sexy shad 4. neon bluegill 5. Yellow perch 6. Cataouatche special But that just me everyone's gonna be different
  15. I just use the vibraflex for all applications just changing blades, in clear water I like 3/8 oz double willow with a smaller trailer but I'm sure everyone has a different opinion
  16. What you you mean PB willow leaf spinner bait? Like the biggest I've caught on it, or my favorite one? I like the 1/2oz vibraflex spinnerbaits with a strike king perfect plastics swimbait as a trailer
  17. I ain't doing any fishing I'm taking my little cousins to go see the firework show at the amusement park later
  18. Which do you find yourself using more? I use the regular 2/0 worm hooks more because it seems it comes through the grass and cover much better but the 1/0 extra wide gaps give you a bit more bite and seem to get the fish better. Which do you use more for trick worms and why?
  19. I was mainly just trying to be a smart arse, fishing a big lake that your not familiar with without electronics is gonna be very difficult Cranking that is
  20. No, because I have a depth finder
  21. My favorite braid is power pro super 8 slick, I like suffix preformace braid too
  22. I personally don't have much problems with bluegill until I put on a scent like JJs but them d**n war mouth perch will chew through bags of worms if your fishing a place with lots of them....
  23. I fish a lake on a military base that has signs up everywhere saying don't eat more than one bass per meal due to zinc.... No thanks I'll just have chicken
  24. I've used them and I don't think they spook fish, but my papa swears he can't catch a fish with em. Its all about what gives you the most confidence.
  25. Everyone has a depth finder on their boat, its a line and sinker.
