  1. i was slaying em today on lipless crankbaits. the worm just wasnt working
  2. scorpion xt 1000 tatula the large amount of money ive blown on topwater baits the past month
  3. a few poppers,aurora gold gunfish 95,zoom speed worm in junebug red
  4. id go with the avid x. altho i do hav an older crucial and its an excellent all purpose rod
  5. gonna hafta try it with the swinging football head. i picked up a pack and fished em texas rigged and caught a few. awesome worm
  6. also wanna add my scorpion xt1000. looks like i need to try a chronarch 50 e too
  7. i used the xps basspro hooks for awhile. never had an issue but mostly use gammy now. no issues with them either. if i was gonna buy a store brand id probably try the academy h20 hooks all their stuff is good
  8. just looked at their site ima try a few more they have a popper that looks similar to a pop max
  9. stay away from the 3700 plano spinnerbait/buzzbait box. i have yet to find a way to get my baits to fit like theyre suposed to in that thing. maybe when i figure it out ill like it. think ima go with one of the stand up ones
  10. does anyone use any strike pro lures? id never heard of em but was lookin thro TT reviews and their popper and walking topwater lure both got an excellent review so i picked up one of the poppers and really like it. i notice they have some nice looking lipless cranks also.

  12. "borrowed" my brothers berkley powerworms in green pumpkin today and thats the only color theyre hitting in my brown murky water. go figure

  15. really? wow glad i picked up some of this color then. academy had the trick worms on sale and ive already got plenty of black or junebug etc so i figured id try somethin diffferent
  16. does green pumpkin and watermelon colored plastics work well in dirty water or is it best to stick to the black,blue,etc?
  17. hit up academy and bought some green pumpkin magic trick worms, zara puppy, and a few h20 baits. trick worms and lot of h20 stuff r on sale. gonna hit up another local academy tomorow that usually has more stuff n stock

    anyone pick up any since they were reintroduced? thinkin of trying one i see most places r sold out of most colors but theres still a couple options. do they have a different sound or glide than other similar walking baits like pencils or sammys?
  21. anyone use these? theyre on sale for 40 bucks. i cant seem to find a good 6-6'3 casting rod anywhere so im thinkin about grabbing the 6footer to use for topwaters. just wondering if anyones used them and had any issues with them
