  1. Potomac is fishing tough but some decent grass action still. several mid river creeks are choked out. Main river stick and move stick and move to say on the best tide.
  2. It can be very congested. I always look for my own but most areas are no secret. It's always about the spot on the spot
  3. What I normally see is pressure related. When 75 to 100 boats blast off and start running in same areas I have been catching fish they 100% know it. Logan may have seen this as well on the Potomac, Deep Creek lake, or lake Anna.
  4. I bought my Dad a Victory and it had a great feel. Just hope he doesn't have any issues bc I have heard of the ongoing issues.
  5. No one on the MD board since may??? d**n I have been gone too long.
  6. It is performing well for me. Buy it by diameter not break rating. Pulled 2 Potomac 5lbers wrapped around dock pilings with 0 damage.
  7. Hit Trapp pond. Awesome place. One of my favorite ponds and perfect for kayak
  8. Ok fellas as mentioned in a previous post i will be spending next week in Williamsport MD. I am leaving the boat home as this vacation is primarily for my daughter. I will be fishing on foot from anywhere 15 - 20 min from Williamsport. Mostly interested in smallmouth and largemouth. I have tubes, neds, crankbaits, ect. Lure selection will not be an issue. If anyone has any information on areas I would greatly appreciate it. PM is fine if you dont want to put it on the main board. Any information is appreciated and I will take care of any area I am directed to. Here are a few smallies from Williamsport and a few from the tournament bag Saturday. We weighed in a respectable 16.41

  10. No kidding here......there are some truly inconsiderate dudes all over this river and sorry VA but to this point all VA boats. I am sure its MD as well but at this point in a half dozen altercations all have been VA boats. I was warned about it but when casts are landing 15 20 ft from the boat I cant keep my mouth shut.
  11. I had 14.86 in yesterday's tournament on the Potomac. Despite all the rain the water was clean and we had a decent day
  12. The great thing about big game is it's cheap for a good size spool, durable, and reliable. I change line often on my moving bait set ups and never have an issue with BG. If it ain't broke I dont fix it.
  13. 15lb big game does it all lol
  14. We have like 70 boats out of there this weekend as well. Find the green gold and you will find some fish. Black, brown and orange colors in various baits.
