Went earlier today picked a shimano crucial crankbait rod 7' MHpower, MF action .
Was on sale for 84.97 then they had an extra 20 percent off.
Out the door for $67.98 plus tax.
Paired it with a lews bb1 felt really nice making some casts in my backyard.
We use something different all the time, a difference in size and or color, but mostly use a different lure all together.
With a slow bite absolutely use different lures/presentations and with a hot bite they'll preety much hit anything.
So no, we've never used the same exact lure and probably never will.
I've been using this Bass Hunter for the last 20 years and still going strong.
It's 4' x 8' and super stable. Made for two anglers but I use it strictly for solo use now.
If I bring someone with me I'll use my larger boat that is trailered. An adult and child works fine, two adults and it gets a little crowded.
Loads right on my jeeps roof rack, not hard at all for me.
I hear it's still 2 or 3 years away, and may not be 100 percent definite.
I hope it happens because the closest to me are about 3 hours plus drive, that I don't do.
This is what I have and use to bass fish off my boat. A Plano over/under box and double size binder. No other boxes, bags, or crates of tackle in my garage, basement, or attic.
I have what I need and much, much more than I can use in a day fishing.
There are many good ones out there. My favorites are paca craw, rage tail craw, pit boss, chigger craw.
I tend to use more of the smaller size trailers up here in the northeast, 2.5 to 3" .
The purpose is to get you to buy their reel. I have two with the CDS and IMO its pretty much useless and has no bearing on the reels performance. Merry Christmas.
I don't fish unless I'm on my boat. Been doing it this way for 25 years now. The last time I fished from shore,( not quite sure how many years ago it was) I did not enjoy it being limited to a couple spots.
