  1. Your rod will be fine. I use a 6' 9" mh fast graphite .
  2. Enjoy the forums.
  3. That's cool, definitely will get the heart pumping.
  4. I haven't bought a bag of senko's in probably ten years now. There are many brands that work as well and better. Some have been mentioned.
  5. A quality jig company, along with siebert. These two are at the top of the list for me.
  6. This is what I've been doing with frogs for years now, it's worked out well.
  7. I use xcite baits raptor tail chunk, netbait paca chunk, rage tail craws, pit boss, and christie craws. They all work.
  8. I have a bass hunter 4 x 8 that's been loaded on the roofs of various vehicles over twenty years now with no problems. Currently I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Thule rack( just two bars across). I secure it with two ratchet straps, it's very secure. Loading and unloading this 90 lb boat by myself, to this day is still pretty easy for me. I'm 48 years old and 6 ft tall. I just lift it like a sheet of plywood and hoist it over the side of my jeep. I know that boat is heavier than mine so it will be more difficult, but if your in decent shape it should still be possible to do yourself. Hope this helps. Good luck.
  9. I like Browns, orange , reds. Some green pumpkin , pbj. I rarely use blue/ black jigs. My waters have good visibility, 7-8 ft most days and most of Fishing season my craws look like this, I like to have matching tralior, with my fav weight being 3/8.
  10. Awesome, way to go !
  11. I use the eagle claw laser sharp weighted swimbait hook. It's a keel weighted hook which I like better then pegging. I use the 4/0 in 1/8 and 3/16 oz for the 3.8 I fish the 4.3 and 4.8 more and use the 5/0 size hook in the same weights. I dont have a lot of deep water in my area so I prefer these lighter weights which do work very well.
  12. Is't it what they tell us on TV. I knew this one would get some action, lol.
  13. I use 40 lb braid, some use 50 or 65 lb.
  14. We must all learn to be more tolerant and accepting.
  15. Welcome, enjoy the forums.
  16. I'd recommend 15 lb braid. There are quite a few good brands out in today's market, but I have been using power pro for years now with no issues. If I deem it necessary, I will tie on a leader of my choice.
  17. I like live target in 55 size, booyah and spro for popping frog.
  18. I like BPS stick-o
  19. 5" stickbait T/rig creature Jig and craw.
  20. Nice report, nice bassing.
  21. Same here.... Usually unweighted stickbait. Weighted t/rig craw/creature.
  22. It's nice to look at... But I won't be buying one either.
  23. Netbait B Bug in watermelon crawfish.
