  1. I don't bring the net, I did once and didn't even bother to use it. It sits in my garage for I don't know how many years now. I don't flip any in the boat ether, dinks I'll just lift and grab. My boats are small and sit close to the water, so while sitting in my seat I just reach over and lip most of them. If it gets a little narly with trebles I grab one of the trebles with my pliers to help control the bass and then lip them. This is all recreational, relaxing fishing, I don't fish tournaments.

  9. 1 to 3 inches of snow per hour here on Long Island. 6 inches already, winds 25 to 50 mph. Snow drifts 3 to 5 ft. Expected Coastal flooding also a problem. 1 to 2 ft total snow expected. Ending sometime early Sunday morning. Not good.

  14. I use the Palomar with braid. For fluorocarbon I use the San Diego Jam knot. as has been said, wet the knot and cinch slowly, so you don't burn the line.
  15. I use a Abu Garcia vendetta 6'9" MH/F Works very well for those applications/weights.
  16. While I have no clue which is the most nutritional.... i voted for bluegill. On your list, this is the only one in all the lakes that I fish.
  17. I dont use or know of one person who uses 15-20 lb. fluoro on spinning gear. i have used 20-30 lb braid ,possibly with a 15 -20 lb fluoro leader for what your describing. This for me is usually done with casting gear.
