  1. Picked up some rounds from Brownells extremely fast free shipping. Thanks guys Just some target 9mm, picked some up already.
  2. Never really purchased bulk ammo online before just wondering if some of the big online retailers usually have a sale or deals going on. Thanks
  3. I was just talking about stuff sticking out of the water haha. A few green trees in the shallows.
  4. New brush piles at wyco? Seen a few at one way and two across from the grassy slope, while out the other day.
  5. Im likeing this pline fluro clear. Not as sensitive as straight fluro but I'm able to feel those slack line bites. Knot strength has been holding up pretty well. Haven't had any problems with abrasion and alot of my lakes have zebra muscles. I do use kvd spray before every trip so that might be a big factor.
  6. Ive had great results throwing a wake bait crank over grass. And fishing a kvd 1.5 like a worm, just using the rod tip to move the bait then picking up slack. Grass is easy to get a crank out of but I still loose a few baits to trees since I fish from the bank.
  7. When you're trying to pull a 2 pound fish with 5 pounds of grass, you might want to have a casting combo. Fighting fish on a spinning combo is fun but I've had to many losses because of wrong gear.
  8. War eagle, eco pro, sob. All 3 worked for me.
  9. I'll have to try that, still got some jj lying around.
  10. Y'all ever get them sun spots from wearing Crocs? Lol
  11. Before kicker fish closed down they made a bait called the tail slapper. It was a keitech swing impact fat imitation. I don't mind buying the original keitechs but I can't seem to find a bait in solid chartreuse color. If you know of any similar knock offs that carry them in solid chartreuse please let me know, thanks.
  12. ive got a few daiwa brand ultralights and they are awsome for the money. Mine are a few years old and still holding up after fighting alot of good size fish. Like others said 6 foot and up seems to have a softer bend but are really good for casting tiny inline spinners or cranks.
  13. I catch dinks on just about every thing. This year it's been a robo worm Texas rigged with a split shot 2 foot above
  14. Cool so it's just wasn't me
  15. Get today *e? Only happens when I'm on my phone and come to br
  16. @Munkin did you do a wire form through or screw eyes? I'm just curious how they hold up in balsa
  17. I've used some of the cheap Chinese reels and they just don't hold up. Not familiar with that brand tough. I've had low end daiwas and shimanos that have lasted a few seasons, they do get rough and noisy over time but still are fishable. Can't say the same for the cheap China reels.
  18. I probably should more often, but if they are lucky they get cleaned once a year. If they get really bad I just hose em off when I get home.
  19. Crazy! Never heard of it before
  20. Insure that you have a proper fit. Clean shaven face helps.
  21. Some of my biggest catches have been on horrible days. If it's not a thunderstorm and I get a chance I'm heading out lol.
  22. You're still young. There's a chance you might not live in your state in the future
  23. Nicely done. I don't paint enough heads to even use the one I bought. Just dip in can lol.
  24. Depends if I'm hopping it I like a strike king chunk. For just swimming and stopping I go for a paddle tail trailer or a rage tail grub.
