  1. You had to pick just 5 Jerkbait Colors. Which ones would you pick?
  2. Has anyone fished this Lake?
  3. Go on Amazon.. You can get a Daiwa Tatula 100 for 90 bucks. This Reel will make you buy more Baitcasters. I'm getting another one very soon
  4. I'd go with a Tatula combo. If he doesn't like that. Go with Abu Garcia Orra 2 SX with a Veritas Rod.
  5. Oh okay. I heard the Tatula is a great rod. Not to sure between the 2 Rods.
  6. I just ordered the regular Tatula. I've done some research on the higher end Tatula models. Not much difference between them. One may have a few more Ball Bearings. The other is a few more Ozs lighter. I just don't see a huge difference between them.
  7. You can get Seaguar Red Label for 5 Dollars Cheaper. Great Line and for the price of 10.50 Per Spool.
  8. Get yourself 2 Spools of Seaguar Red Label in 10lb and 15lb. Make sure you use cheap Mono for backing on both Reels.
  9. I'm putting Braid on my new Daiwa Tatula 100. You have a few options with Braid and Flo. 1st put backing line on your Spool. I'd say at least 60 Yards of 12lb test (Cheap Mono). This way you can put 50-60 lb Braid on. For some reason you don't like it. You can always take the Braid off and save it. Your 2nd option would be, Seaguar Red Label in 25lb test. You should have close to 50-60 yards of each line. It all depends on the diameter of the 2 lines.
  10. I found a Tatula 100 for 85 Bucks. I think that's a steal.
  11. What site can i get them for 60?
  12. When it comes to Bait Casting Reels. I use left hand only. I love to Pitch and fish shallow water. I want a Faster Gear Ratio. The only Reel i found in a 7. Plus Gear ratio (also on a budget with spending) is this Daiwa. I know spend 40 bucks more. I feel from what i've seen and felt. The Daiwa seems like the best for the money I'll be spending. People have Experience with Daiwas, give your best feedback on this reel, and on Daiwas.
  13. Yeah, one side is thinner then the other side. What if, the thinner d ide doesn't go all the way through.
  14. I got replacement parts. Anyway that pin will go in?
  15. I having trouble putting this Pin in. Can anyone help me out?
  16. Is this a good Reel for Flipping and Pitching? I'm looking in this direction..
  17. Where are you Located? What Lakes, Rivers or Ponds you Fish? Maybe we can have an outing sometime. The Weather is finally coming now.
  18. Yeah, a ton of Ponds you have access to. I live 5 Minutes from there. That place good when Temperatures warm up. What Town are you from?
  19. Go find some Structure in about 10-15 feet of Water. Throw some Cranks and Lipless Cranks. If that doesn't work.. Try a Footbal Jig in the same depth of Water. As the Day warms up a bit. Go shallower and throw Shakey Heads, Cranks, lipless and Spinners. Winter Fishing is very tough. It's like going to AC sometimes and putting 50 on Black or Red.
  20. I live 5 Minutes from Union Lake. Let me know what type of fishing you do. Like Deep Water or Shallow
  21. White/Chartreuse Black and Blue Green Pumpkin Bluegill Color
  22. What Town? I fished a few times early in to the Winter. I stopped in late December. It's getting close again. I'll join and fish with you guys. Get back to me and let me know.
  23. I'm putting Braid on a Abu Garcia Orra SX Bait Caster.. The Reel holds 12# of 145 Yards. My Backing Line is 12# Test.. The Line Diameter is, .014 in the 12# Test. I'll be Spooling 50 LB Power Pro Braid..
  24. No, i made a mistake of wanting to put 110 Yards of Braid on. I want 55 Yards on. I'll be throwing Frogs and Flipping with this Reel of Braid. I'll try and put 50-60 Yards of Mono Line on. That'll be close so i can put 60 or so Braid Line on the Spool.
