Hey guys need some help with fishing reports for lake Jocassee in Sc.? could anyone give me any help with fishing this lake, I will be fishing this lake in a tournament for the first time and need some help putting a game plan together?
Yes i have fished it in a tournament as a non boater. Did'nt do well not because it is a bad fishery it was just tough conditions that day and my boater partner tournament blocked me the whole day. There was only one limit brought to the scales. There was few anglers who caught one or two fish,and many of us zeroed.
You know I like to thank everyone who responded with advice how to handle this situation. That tournament was my first ive ever fished and never thought things would go down like this. This was just a small club tournament thats was'nt for any money or anything. Its a non profit club. I understand being competative and all,but this isnt the Bassmaster Classic. I thought the whole idea of a club like this was to promote fellowship thru friendly compition? Maybe i was wrong

I am intrested in what the fish was bitting? how deep? what types of baits? what size baits? what teckniques are catching fish? what colors work best for the lake? I have never fished this lake before and am needing some help? Thanks for everyones help in advance.
