  4. I read everyone's opinions then form my own answers. That's why it's fishing there is no answer. I'm here fishing for opinions. Better asking 1000 ppl on here then your one friend who thinks he knows everything. Also overtime you can tell who really knows what there talking about and who to listen to. Brian
  5. Hey Merrick, my story is similar to yours, minus the bowling lol. I have a tough time juggling golf and fishing. My golf friends dont understand why i fish and my fishing budies don't understand why i golf lol. Good thing for me someone close too me is a local club pro and i get to fish the ponds and work on my golf game anytime on house. It's a great bunch on here so don't be shy about asking questions. I'm fairly new to fishing again so I'm asking alotta questions and answering few. One day ill be able to help the newbies. Brian

  9. Hey everyone, I picked up a st croix tidemaster TS70MHF from a budddy today. Its 7ft, med heavy power,fast action, sc" graphite. 10-20lb. 1/2 - 1 1/2oz. I think its made for saltwater, I was wondering if I could use it for fresh and if so what presentation I should use for it. Iam gonna be dedicating a lot of my catches to the BR Crew this year lol.   18. Ive trolled for lake trout. Not my cup of tea, i was pretty bored. To each there own. I guess its not to bad if you just wanna relax and hopefully land a huge trout. Brian
  19. I do pretty well at local flea markets. I've realized most of the sellers around me buy entire lots of stuff at auctions the bring them to the flea markets. Half the ppl selling fishing gear don't have any clue what it is. I've picked up some brand new in box rapalas,spro frogs,rat l traps and so on for a buck or less. Just stay outta my area lol.   21. He's huge, he just crushed my (insert lure type). - Turns out to be a 1.5lb He was only a baby bass - any fish I lose no matter how big he might've been
  22. I love most fish. Tryed a LMB once. Lets just say I wouldnt care for it again. Ill stick to releasing them for a possible rematch one day. If I target a fish to eat around here ill go bluegill or perch. Hopefukly this year ill land a eye and give that a go. I heard there awesome. Brian
