  1. Thanks, queezy now. Those are the worst!
  2. Hah, didn't even catch that. "That's not a mouse, that's my brother!!"
  3. Found this ad just cruising craig's http://maine.craigslist.org/boa/4343021776.html I would think you could buy a boat like that for $1200-$1500 any day of the week.
  4. Road Warrior's wife irons his shirts.....with him in them!
  5. My buddy went into the new BPS in Hooksett NH and the guy didn't know what smelly jelly or Megastrike was. My friend thought he was kidding but turns out he really didn't know what it was or if they sold either one...didn't know what scents were...true story
  6. ^^^ is that Sabattus a USA Bassin tourney? I've done a few of those there.
  7. I end up going to grass beds in 8-12 ft with a t-rigged Culprit; either black shad, junebug or tequila sunrise.
  8. The other thing some may have to contend with is, like Maine, other states may have banned lead weights. So they are making us use steel wheel weights now. You can tell them apart but you just wouldn't want to have some of those mixed in with your lead.
  9. Yup, doing Three Mile in July. Used to be in a club and did many opens but they take up so much time I quit the club and have just been pleasure fishing. But the competitive side of me is rearing it's head so I'm in need of a tourney or 2...or 3...or
  10. You're really gonna go there with us???
  11. You got a lot of friends here bro.
  12. Different for sure. I wonder if he got teased as a fry...
  13. That Curado has such a name, there will always be parts and service available for it.
  14. c rig and a rig
  15. Hey! Are those braided line cutters?
  16. I had an absolutely stupid day on a blk/blue chatterbait I will never forget. Raining hard in green water and I had to hold the bait in the bottom of the boat to retie...
  17. Lews or the Curado, either is a good quality reel. If you can mount them both and feel em, I'd do that first. You may find something in one or the other that isn't right for you.
  18. I have a 7-2 jig/worm rod and his S-Glass crankin rod and like em both. As stated above, there are lighter rods out there but they aren't bad. $49 is pretty good.
  19. Greetings from the Sunsh....I mean, the Snowy State.
  20. That's tough for sure. I'm not sure why it is but I always do better with cloud cover and some wind. I think the lower pressure makes em bite better; high pressure situations are always tougher for me. And I think the wind helps bait be more active, therefore the predators are too. When the sun comes out and the wind lays down, that's when the spinning rods come out with a mojo rig and a drop shot...small worms.
  21. same here. I have bought maps from these guys, though, and really like them. http://www.fishinghotspots.com/
  22. Drove by the river that runs through town today and still socked in as far as you can see...shore to shore. That's about when I'll be out as well.
  23. I'm sorry to hear about your wife's accident. Time to play doctor. Hopefully she recovers quickly and you get your trip in.
  24. same here please...
