  1. Is the one I purchased going to work or should I return it?
  2. I purchased a XTM 9 20 T transducer to epoxy to the hull. I watched a you tube video and it looks like a one shot deal. Does anyone have any experience installing one? What kind of epoxy should I purchase? I'm worried I'm gonna get some air bubbles in the epoxy. Any tips or suggestions would be helpful.
  3. Looking at getting a 859ci DI with a Navionics chip free at Bass Pro Shops. I dont know much about the Navionics card and have seen a few things on the LakeMaster on TV. Any input would help! thanks
  4. Just got a new boat and some electronics! I ordered 798ci HD SI on sale to put on the bow. I saw 859Ci DI with a naviontics map card at Bass Pro Shop. I have a of question. Is Navionics better than the Lakemaster chip?
  5. Looking for a boat to fish some tournaments from the front. Just so happened a guy that is in the club posted he was selling his Ranger R72. It seems to be in great shape and is a 2 owner and he has fished out of it for 11 years. The only think that really concerns me is rod storage. I dont think Ill be able to get much more than 6'8 in the lockers! I have quite a few 7' and no place to put them. Thought about the Bac-Rac to help. I know that the back deck is small enough as it is,adding 5-8 rods in the could be dangerous. I would hate for co to step on them. Does anybody have any experience adding some rod storage to smaller boats. Any suggestions on storage or the boat would be appreciated.
  6. OK, well what is the best way to catch a few? Its my first time going to Gville and we are only going for 3 days. So any info would help.
  7. Heading down to Guntersville this spring. Im wanting to try a umbrella rig. I'm really not set up to throw something that heavy but I have old 7'6 Heavy that is rated up to 2oz. So what rig do you think that I can throw and give me my best chance to catch a few.
  8. I thought that this was a interesting article when I read it. http://www.bassmaster.com/blog/tell-truth
  9. Good to see all the Indiana guys! I'll do that!
  10. I am looking for a set-up for casting tubes, senkos and flukes. I know the rod is just as important as the reel. I thinking about a curado or a lews TP. Any input would appreciated, Thanks
  11. Graeat answers! Thanks Do you guys feel like the noise and the weight dragging the bottom attract the fish?
  12. When do you guys pin your weight on a t-rig? Also what are the advantages of not pinning with a bobber stop?
  13. How important do you find the color of your bait vs the action? Which is more important? I try to buy a Bright color , a natural color and a dark color. How do you guys buy baits without buying the entire rack.
  14. Nope didnt know anything about it, but i do now. I guess ill lower it back down and try that plug? Thanks
