Was noticing the other day when I was reeling in my spinnerbait that it was almost laying on its side as it was coming in. It was a new lure and the wire was straight. When I reeled it in very slow it would straighten out but the faster I reeled the more it wanted to roll over on its side. I was hoping somebody might be able to give me some advice on why it does that.
Thanks for the replies fellas I will give all those a try and see what works. As am new to bass fishing all advice is welcome. Caught my first bass yesterday on topwater frog. He was pretty descent size weighed around five pounds. No going back now, im hooked. No pun intended.
New to bass fishing. I was using a Spook Jr and every other cast the lure wasn't doing what it was supposed to be doing. When I reeled it in I would notice that the line was wrapped around the front treble hook. Is this common or is it something I am doing wrong. Any advice would be helpful. Thank You!
