  1. Hey I guys, I know that a few of you make it up to Mozingo Lake in Maryville, MO every now and then. I just finished my editing together my GoPro footage from last year so feel free to watch and any input is appreciated. Thanks! https://youtu.be/IXRaqbYLfLo
  2. I never got a trade in price from a dealer, because I am looking at one owned by an induvidual. I think im pretty fair on the price. I would take 4000 if i kept the motorguide and huminbirds. We shall see how quick it sells in the dead of winter!
  3. Just listed my boat on Craigslist. It has been a very reliable ride, just looking to go bigger. If you guys have any questions be sure to let me know. Here is the link:http://kansascity.craigslist.org/boa/4815299703.html
  4. For a good general filming of the entire catch I like to mount my GoPro on the top of my outboard. Then you can always pose with your catch in front of the camera for a few seconds and then grab a screen shot to save as a pic. Audio is not the best from this position, but it does a nice job of capturing the entire cast-fight-land sequence.
  5. I fished 6 local tournaments this year and caught 8-9 lb. channel cats in 3 of them. I thought I had the big bass of the tourney wrapped up, but instead I had a nice catfish supper. Those cats just love the squarebills!
  6. It should definately be some interesting weather for any tournaments in the midwest this weekend. Maybe this cold snap will push them into feeding up shallow, or it may give them a case of lockjaw.
  7. It only went 5lbs. I think I weighed it 4 times, cause I thought it should have been alot heavier. It was post spawn and pretty skinny.
  8. Hi, I have been lurking this thread for the last year and just decided to join up. Bilby is an awesome lake for big bass. It is only 110 acres, but receives very little bass fishing pressure with big brother Mozingo just down the road. Most of the pressure on Bilby comes from the cat fishermen, as it is a terrific channel cat and flathead fishery. If you like throwing a frog, Bilby has a ton of pads and the frog bite was on a couple of weeks ago. I am lucky enough to live 10 minutes from Mozingo and 20 min from Bilby, so those are the main lakes I fish throughout the year. Here is a pic of a bass my buddy caught at Bilby last year:
