About Me
I grew up in Maryland, then moved to Santa Monica, CA and fished for 20+ years (saltwater) at Catalina Island, Coronado Islands, Mexico, San Clemente. Went to UCLA Grad Film School and worked int he film biz. Moved back to Maryland in 2012 and began bass fishing one year later. I like it better than ocean fishing. I teach film and screenwriting at American University. I am a screenwriter and novelist and producer. Produced some films, first film in U.S. on elder abuse that aired on Ted Turner's WTBS and national PBS, and some other feature film pics. I find time to fish at least twice a week at the lake. If I loose anything, it is sleep especially between March - November. So my three passions in life (besides my wife) are: Writing, Fishing, Teaching.
