Nice fish everyone! I haven't posted in a lil while,been busy busy. Good news is the new place my wife and i moved to has a canal in back with plenty of fish! Went out today and caught 2 decent fish,heres a pic. Of a 17.5" and 13.5", Both on a culprit red shad 7.5"

Isnt that 2 months in a row? As if our numbers are something to brag about lol.

Caught this with a wacky rigged gambler stickbait. Only fish in a hr. but she was a fighter for a small fish. Good times! 14.5"

Went out this morning for about an hr. Only 2 fish biggest being this 15.5" caught on a gambler big ez.

Went out with Plunske yesterday for a lil while. Landed 15-20 bass 95% wacky rigged,threw ribbontails,senkos,and trickworms all t-rigged,nothing. As soon as we switched to wacky it was almost a hit per cast. Nothing too big(biggest was a lil over a lb.) But def. More activity than ive seen in awhile. Managed a 15.5" & a 13.5",both wacky rigged on gambler stickbaits.

I hope to get out for a lil while today,feels like its finally starting to cool down(fingers crossed)

Well its been pretty slow for me,i havent caught much at all lately. Heres 3 fish(from the last week or so) that should put me at 5 for the month,so at least i can cull,lol A 12",13,&15". EDIT: I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET RID OF THE INFAMOUS UPSIDE DOWN BASS.

Bass pics, a 16" and a 14". Im off tom. Hopefully i can land something a tad bigger. Also fishingator have you checked out flagler county at all? Next county north of daytona(volusia county). I know palm coast has quite a few spots(i lived there for 12 years).

Wow MCS,that was a huge bluegill. When i lived in south carolina(Lake Keowee),i chummed my dock daily for bluegill/bream. Regularly caught them between 10-13",catch a mess of decent size panfish and youre eating like a king. On a side note,check out this pic of the world record bluegill. Oh yeah ive got 2 bass so far a 16" and a 14",pics to come. EDIT for you northern folk a "mess of fish" means A LOT of fish.lol

I like the 12" minimum. I had one 12" last month(i was able to cull it) and almost felt bad counting it towards my 5.

That would definitely make for an exciting "playoff",but i imagine it might be hard to get the same time to fish on the same day for you( ) and whomever to have that fish-off. Other than that i think it would be really cool.

Count me in! I had a great time last month.

Just got back,WOW, talk about dinks. I caught 5-6 fish in an hour or so,none over 12" lol,i guess i found the spot to try out new baits. Still not done though,about to eat dinner then hit up my local pond for a bit. Good luck Ak,and tightlinesjax!

Ok,i planned on fishing all day today,bt as soon as i posted that last fish i caught i got called into work. Just got home,about to try a spot where i know there are a lot of fish just not too many bigguns. Just trying to cull my 13" now. Im coming for ya Lou! J/k This has been a ton of fun guys!

Went out this morning for a lil while,missed a pig,but managed to land this 18.5. So my goal of culling at least one fish is done! This is my first time participating,so i cant comment on other months,but i think you did a great job Lou. Thanks for putting this together it really made this month of fishing more exciting.

Congrats tightlines jax! I finally had it happen tonight,i lost a fish i already landed. Ive read about it happening to a few of yall and i told myself "that wont happen to me!" Easily 20" and fat, i had it about 10 feet up on shore,took off my backpack to grab the tape and 2 flops later,and a dive any running backs coach would be proud of, SPLASH.

I was able to snag this lil 15" today. Hopefully i can get out tonight once it cools down a bit.

I only have 2 fish so far at 36" i believe. Honestly at this point anything over a foot is getting measured and a pic snapped! I should have been doing that from the beginning and culled from there,oh well, i guess in my mind i was only was going to be catching lunkers.

Yeah,that was kind of sarcastic,i see the leaders are only about 80" ahead of me .lol. Im going to go back out in few once this rain lets up a bit. I knew this was gonna be a tough month for me once i decided to play with the big boys.I havent given up yet though.

Havent fished nearly as much as id have liked to the past couple weeks,and when i have its been mostly dinks. I did manage this 20" today in about a foot and a half of water. I was looking for snakeheads and saw 3 3-5 lb bass in a canal 10 feet wide & 2 feet deep. Pretty cool.
