  1. Thanks guys. I got some spoons today and some rebel pop-rs. Gonna try some new tactics. Thanks for all the advice!
  2. Im going to Clinton Thursday and Friday. Gonna fish the north fork and maybe the west access side if its not too busy.
  3. Does anyone ever fish sangchris near springfield illinois. if so where are the boat ramps? never fished it and want to give it a try. thanks!
  4. caught plenty of striped bass just no largemouth
  5. I have found them both visually and on my sonar. ive been fhshing early to late mornings. The shad have been grouped up on top a lot. I will get some spoons. Whats the best foe muddy water?
  6. Not much cover where Im fishing. Some rocks and bridges
  7. So found tons of shad but not catching any fish. Ive used t-rigged worms, jigs, shallow crankbaits, lipless crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. The water is about 80 degrees. Any ideas? Thanks
  8. I go to Lake Norfork in Arkansas about every year. May have to make a stop at lake of the Ozarks for a couple days. Are april and may the best time to fish there?
  9. I don't know many people who enjoy fishing Decatur for bass. I think im going to switch up lakes for tomorrow and hope for some better luck. Ive never bass fished boat docks but I have for crappie and its usually a sure thing! Is the fishing good on the lake of the Ozarks?
  10. I love to fish Clinton but being 40 mins away its hard for me to make it there often. Although I may go there in the morning. So I have been trying to concentrate on Decatur and its mostly rocks and boat docks.
  11. Thanks guys I would say rocks are what I see the most here in Decatur. I will work points this way. I will work on just a couple of techniques from now on, a jig and crankbait are what im most comfortable with. I don't have any poppers or jerkbaits but I will get some. I saw a bunch of shad today jumping behind the boat in some spots. Are these good spots to use a crankbait? thanks again
  12. Where would I find these guys articles on here? Thanks
