  1. What the hell??? I own a jdm metanium xg and its made out of ci4+ and its very durable, you get what you pay for in almost anything you buy, the svs braking system is awesome, the chronarch also has micro gearing (i think) wich makes the 7.6 ratio have alot more torque than previous models (probably the torque of a 6. something. ci4+ is a carbon infused plastic but is so durable, anyway even if it was a bit less durable, as long as you dont run over it with a car i dont think you will say its less durable at all. The new chronarch is an awesome us reel but since I invested 450$ on the jdm core(metanium), i honestly havent fished a better reel in all my life. I am sure that until they release a new version of the us core, the chronarch might own the spotlight until then even if there is less bearings inside.
  2. so nrx 842c mbr g vs nrx 852c jwr g
  3. Just saw that loomis got a nrx 842c mbr g rod.... Wich is better for shakey heads, this one or the nrx 852c jwr g casting rod? I need a fast answer I will be buying in 2-3 days Thanks guys
  4. I will look it up but I always was more of a Shimano fan.... Maybe I should try one....the megabass destroyer x7 seems like on hell of a rod too though
  5. the megabass destroyer x7 also looks awesome
  6. I dont understand your point sorry
  7. Alright then, searcing reviews and info on both rods, i quickly noticed that there is alot of people saying the nrx 852c isnt worth the extra buck, that the glx has better balance and stuff like that Lets push this thread further...again What are your opinions regarding those two rods (glx 852c JWR/ nrx 852c JWR) Tell me wich and why
  8. I will be getting my rod in about 3 weeks I will try to talk about it to you guys, i am aiming for an nrx but a glx would be good too
  9. yup this with my new metanium xg will be one of my best combo yet! Thanks to everybody who answered this topic!!!
  10. Nice I'll check this out thanks alot
  11. Well funny your taking about that cuz I just went looking for the mh rod stats and It doesn't seem to be made for 3/16 to 3/8 jigs... I bought a ***** load of them on another site lol so base to square one.... What rod should I get... A Cumara a glx/nrx? It needs to be able to handle 3/16 jig and be a casting rod
  12. Alright thanks for the info, as long as it can cast small jig far away I don't mind buying an mh
  13. alright so unless someone says differently, a ,edium heavy should be the best power/action for this type of fishing, thanks alot
  14. Is this a good one or should I go for an MH instead? Cumara 7'2" Medium X-Fast Jig Casting Rod CUCX72MA
  15. What glx or Cumara casting rod suit shakey the most? For max 12 feet deep
