  1. What do you plan to do with the electronics if you only sell the boat? Are you going to be able to use them? Are you going to be stuck with them collecting dust and losing value? You could list the boat for 10K and say the electronics are available for x amount more.... Be prepared, if you want 10k, and you list for 10k, people probably arent going to offer you 10k.... So you will have to work that into the equation as well, or just say 10k FIRM......Maybe state that there is wiggle room if they buy the electronics as well.... I would personally list everything together at first, and if that doesnt work, separate them.... I feel like it is a pain to get rid of the boat and get stuck with the components....It all depends on how quickly you NEED to get rid of the boat. If you have time, try listing everything together. If you are in a rush, sell he items individually.
  2. Im probably the most impatient, need that instant gratification type of guy ever.... I would be going nuts if I was in your position... Its going to be so worth the wait, and the end of the month will come sooner then you think...Congrats, it sounds like a beast of a boat and it will be enjoyed immensely...
  3. I have seaworthy via Geico as well, its cheap (for my old boat), but I have never filed a claim... My inlaws go through whomever they use for their auto insurance and get a discount... Regardless, roadside assistance for your trailer is a nice thing to have... My father in law had a blown axle 2 hours into a 6 hour drive, and that insurance was a life saver....
  4. I will use dish soap, followed by hand sanitizer. Same principal as alcohol I suppose.
  5. I used to like fish sticks as a kid lol, but I don't like the taste of any fish anymore.... My inlaws are big fish eaters, so they will have a fish fry for the family after a fishing trip.... Its a fun gathering, lots of fish to be had... They are kind enough to fry me up some chicken....
  6. I caught this guy, sitting in my boat while parked at the dock, waiting for my father in law to com down so we could get on the lake. This was the biggest bass of the week for us. He was 19in long, I have no idea how much he weighed as I didn't have a scale... I can say he was hefty.
  7. Im pretty new to bass fishing myself, but on the lake where I fish, I was killing them with a wacky set up.... 5" Yum F2 Dinger Worms, Black, Black and Blue flake and Junebug. I tell you what, regardless as to what you use, it gets addicting quick... I was never a huge fan of pan fishing, but as soon as I went bass fishing with my father in law I was hooked.... Good luck!
  8. That's for sure, it was working well that day. Caught about 15 of them in a span of about 20-30 minutes. It was cast, hit, cast, hit, cast, hit.....Nothing of any significant size, but it was fun none the less. I had bass thumb going on for sure...
  9. Have you ever lost bait to a fish only to get it back later? I was fishing some wackys and I lost one, about 15-20 minutes later I caught a fish and to my surprise....
  10. Hey all! Just wanted to say I'm a long time lurker, first time poster (finally decided to sign up). I'm pretty new to the sport but I am looking forward to learning from the community.
