I think they have some fiberglass or something in the tip, which is supposed to make it softer to offset the no-stretch braid. Might be gimmicky, but I know part of the reason for their praise is the soft tip that helps to throw lures.
M power is good for soft plastic anything weightless. I am not a fan of micro guides, though my Cumara has some and they are okay. Curado E is always good. 6 is enough, 7 is also fine, and you should go with what you prefer.
7' M sounds fine for topwater, if a bit long. I would personally not use a Medium for jigs.
I have a Pro Q in 7.1:1 and it works well. Lews is also a good choice, but they don't have the 7:1 in a LH. The new Orra might be worth waiting for if you really like Abu reels.
Ugly Stik has a 5'6" Medium spinning rod, but not Medium Heavy. You're going to have a hard time finding what you seek, I think.
If you're serious about it, maybe Delaware Valley Tackle can custom build one for you. It could be pricey.
I'll take a stab. I like a Medium power-Fast or XFast action for worms. Spinnerbaits would be Medium Heavy power-Fast action. Crankbait rods are usually, not always, fiberglass and have Moderate to Moderate-Fast actions.
To be honest, a lot of it is personal preference.
So this is a little off topic, but I need to thank you for this idea. I just caught a solid 19 inch Largemouth by twitching and pausing a black Yum Dinger after reading your post earlier.
I'm glad the braid guys showed up in this thread. I was getting depressed.
On topic, Sufix Elite has very good knot strength and abrasion resistance if you're into mono. Abrasion resistance is important for us northern guys wading through a sea of Pike teeth.
