I saw Randy in concert at his prime.Fantastic show. Last nite he looked as to fall on his face any minute== sad. I think I have lived thru the best that country has to offer. The road to hell is paved with good intentions . Nothing personal there ,but what I have found is that,if the DNR didn`t think of it, it isn`t valid.They probably don`t have funding to take on a trash day there. Before you know it people will bring household ,or car trash for you to dispose of. It is disgusting to see that kind of thing.It is truly amazing what slobs the general population can be. Another something to think about is the nature of the trash. Needles, illegal drugs, happy ending eels[condoms]. All stuff you don`t want to be in possession of. I will engage a club or DNR clean up, but not on a personal basis. C22

Wow that is some incredible catching. I did a goggle search on the river to see many limits by many people. Very nice report.I`m having a tough time generating any sympathy for your fatigue because it is self inflicted plus I used to do something very similar a while back. I wish we had eye catching like that close by. I`m jealous. C22

When some one wants to dispute something with me I just tell them "whatever you want to think" Some people will be disagreeable no matter what the topic or what the conditions. Its a power play on their behalf. C22

Order a light duty nylon flag of your choice from Ebay for about $7.00. They move with the slightest of air.. Or maybe check prices of a wx station with an anemometer for wind speed and direction. Thanks guys. Back at it today. Perfect wx ,not so perfect bite . 2 fish,3 guys,5 hrs.But I got another one 22.5".Words out,the place will be smothered with boats in the nice wx forecast. My favorite for flounder is deep fried in a medium hot flour. I`ll be at a flea mart tomorrow getting rid of some excess stuff that the bait monkey tricked me into buying.. C22

A bit of a late start because of the extreme cold winter, but its on. Two keepers yesterday, one at 23" were partners in a surf n turf dinner last night .Man it felt so good to feel that infamous "tap" ,then wait for it,wait,ok whack it and have that rod load up. Water is cold now , so bait is in order, but once it warms up they get on tubes,super flukes,sluggos and even LC`s.Its just like bass fishing except you don`t have to feel guilty about eating them.. No tog inshore yet and few stripers ,but soon. Good bye winter. C22

Up date.I came home from a fishing trip today and my neighbor is over at his suv with the hood up shaking his fist at me.The fist thing is not unusual, but he motioned me over to show a 5 gal bucket almost full of bird nest material from under the hood..He smelled something burning when he went out, so he checked it. My problem subsided with the fan. Neither of us had ever seen birds do this. GGrr, there is a woods across the street. BTW we are the best of friends. I told him to look for moles that I`m going to drive outta my yard over to him. C22

When I was a wee lad about 10 or 11 yrs old we lived near a small town general store. People used to cut thru our back yard enroute to the store. Well one day of fishing at the local pond,I found a dead black snake on the rail road tracks on the way home.I hooked it and dragged it thru town to show everyone .At home I hung it up on the clothsline that happened to be in the path that people used to get to the store.Why? I was a kid and kids do things like that. Later after dark at dinner we heard some one screaming bloody murder,running and cursing,mostly screaming. Next day I found out that fat Mary had the misfortune to pass under the line to have the snake drag off onto her shoulder. I never saw the snake or Mary pass thru our yard again. True story. C22
