Soak the breast fillets in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and red wine overnight and then grill to medium rare. They will be great. Serve with sauteed green peppers and onion. Works equally well on duck and goose. Just be sure to not take it past medium rare or it will be like you are eating a boot.
As for the feathers, do not sell them or trade for goods! It is illegal in almost every state under the federal migratory bird act. You can give them away, but you cannot sell them. That goes for any part of waterfowl, not just the feathers.
