Hello everybody,
I'm very new here and I've gotten into a trouble.
I'm Steelhead/Rainbow Trout and Salmon fisherman, so bass fishing is a bit difficult for me.
I've gone bass fishing as a kid, and used to get a lot of bass 3 years ago..but I stopped after my friend moved away.
Today, I used the Bass Pro Senko...basically a copy of the Yamamotos..
Now, 3 years ago..at this one spot packed with Bass, I used a watermelon Yamamoto with a green tip tail. I would catch bass the first cast and it was a great time!
Today, I used the cheap verison of the Yamamoto, the basspro verison..but it looks exactly identical. I didn't even get one bite today, and I was extremely frustrated. I'm not sure if the color isn't right, or its too early to go fishing for Bass, or what.
I'm from Central New York, in Syracuse to be exact.

The Soft Bait:
I tried everywhere, miles of stretch of edge of the river..everywhere. I don't know what I'm doing wrong..
I've tried different types of bait, but I still didn't get anything.
Someone please link baits that are guaranteed to work for bass for my water color..I would recommend from Bass Pro.
I'm really just trying to have some fun with friends, since I'm working almost everyday.
Please also add stuff that you recommend for weedless.
Thanks so much everyone.
