I fish the 3.8s on an Owner or Moaner weighted swimbait 4/0 hook, either 1/8 or 1/4oz. The hook is a tiny bit big for the 3.8 but I don't miss fish with it. The 4.3's I step up to a Gammy 5/0 1/8oz. weightes swimbait hook. I fish both on a 6'-6" MH Diawa Aird rod with a Lew's Speed Spool and 14lb. Trilene XT. Sometime I'll fish the 3.8's on a 7' M action rod w/ 12lb. XT if the cover is sparse.
I hope you didn't pay 79.99 for that one. They have been selling it for 39.99 since they came out. I bought one took it back and got the advanced anglers one instead. The Advanced Anglers tackle bag is a much better bag.
I have the cabelas advanced anglers bag in the large. Holds 6 - 3600 sized boxes. I use the side pockets and the back mesh pocket to hold extra plastics. The front pocket holds 2 - 3500 sized boxes that I put my worm weights and my shakey head jigs in. This thing will hold a lot of tackle!
I don't care for the poppin' frog. I do like the Pad Crasher and the Jr. I throw the Pad Crasher the most. I also throw the the KVD frog as well as some of the Snag Proof frogs. The Pad Crasher is by far my favorite. I have it in the cricket, dart, swamp and shad.
