either that or the line was loaded improperly off of the spool. I try and do what Keith Hatch said and let half of the spool out with a worm or something and a barrel swivel and then reel back in under tension to try and alleviate some of that kinked up line.

Hello all, i know you can easily get a boat into Goose Pond in Lee, MA. i however, plan on hiking in via trails through the woods to get to Upper goose pond. apparently they're connected somehow, i'm not too sure. just wondering if anyone knew what type of fish to expect in this largely undeveloped pond and also, if anyone else has done any backpacking, how they organize all of their lures in the limited space in their packs. it'd be nice to hike in with my 9 plano boxes of lures (i'm sure thats not much comparatively speaking) but i dont have space for all of that. any suggestions would help thanks again, Seb

Hey All, i took up bass fishin in waters local to western massachusetts. i'm crazy about it. all the lures, the reels and set ups. i'm still very much green to this but i'm looking forward to learning from you all.
