I am getting so tired of bluegill ripping tail off my power worms and tearing my soft plastics (I get it its fishing but I am 17 and trying to save for college). My questions are Is it safe to place to met the plastic in the micro wave or will the fumes get into food in the future Can you melt down used old plastics (I know the color would be off) but does this work

I just got the HumminBird LCR 4000, I know it is old and not the best but it is better than nothing. I have read the directions on it and think I under stand them pretty well. My biggest question was where is what I see on the screen in the water. I read that it would be under you or behind you, correct? If anyone has any tips on how to use it to benefit my fishing and or any helpful hints for me using this sonar
