  17. IMHO,graphite frame reels are often disappointing after some heavy workouts.I remember not to long ago you couldn't touch an aluminum frame baitcaster for under 100.00 Tackle Whse. has the Quantum code for 65.00 sturdy reel but not high tech.I have a couple that i got a few years ago, they still work fine.
  18. I'm not as smart as most of you guys,so when I fluxed my capacitor up,I had to call the Quantum mechanics.

  22. Update ,St.Croix also sent me decals and a catalog with 20% off apparel. The two companies who responded had no idea that I own several St.Croix rods and lots of Quantum pt reels. Just makes me feel good about where I spend my part of the billions.
  23. This looks like a pretty nice setup,is that the gear ratio you want? How about the rod action, are you ok with it? If so,buy it and get out there! Arv has a good answer also.
  24. My bag holds 5 boxes,3700s,1 each for top water, shallow ,medium, deep diver, spinner bait.I swap out a jig box depending.I guess it depends on what your approach is .Good luck!
