  1. Lew's Super Duty, original Zillion, pinnacle Optimus with flipping switch, daiwa tatula, 13 ***,
  2. Always excited for their new releases. The team pro is a beast and all aluminum. A mag style reel won't have the same feel so I would be hesitant to dc them right off the bat
  3. I believe they mean the original zillion
  4. Anything you throw a spinnerbait or chatterbait with
  5. No, it was a straight handle design
  6. Lexa in 4.9:1 is on clearance...great reel
  7. That is a generation 1sx...the second generation sx had red accent.. The stx had a straight handle and drag star for both generation 1 and generation 2.
  8. Tatula without the t-wing...the slp works looks awesome
  9. From what I have read, the power and smoothness of the generation 2 made it popular. The gen 3 has focused on weight reduction at the expense of said smoothness. Also, the generation 3 gave a lower gearbox housing which a good amount of people find uncomfortable
  10. I know Greg hackney throws them on his flipping stick which is 7'11hm...he used it last year on his flw win
  11. Lexa has an aluminum frame..nuff said
  12. Tennis Racket Tape is the way to go....Tactile and soft. Or you could go the more expensive bat handle tape.
  13. Tom Reddington and Scott Martin are mine...Scott's videos are awesome and he seems like a generally nice dude..
  14. Accuracy can be increased as well...
  15. To be fair, many big crankbait rods now have a ton of backbone and a moderate action which a punch Rod or deep Carolina rig Rod...I can see it being an option
  16. Worst line I have ever used...and this is a guy who had no problems with berkley vanish
  17. Got two and they are awesome
  18. Lew's custom speed stick 6'10 spinnerbait Rod....amazingly light and balanced...
  19. I believe the extra capacity was to allow for use of larger on test while still have a good amount of line in the reel.
  20. I have an 8.1:1 super duty for my jigs and Texas rigs in wood or cover etc. For frogging or places with heavy weeds, I'm using the 7.1:1 for the speed and little extra torque. Both have Long handles which help overall. My tournament mb is 8.5:1 and used for weightless plastics and topwaters because the dual braking helps with lighter lures.
  21. Rod IMO...reels starting at 100 are usually find and won't cost you fish. A cheaper Rod can break or be less sensitive and can lose you fish
  22. Well I had the trap caster. That would probably make a good spinnerbait Rod as it had some give to it. It was the micro version and the guides did break easily. The 6'10 pitching stick was rated a heavy but at most a mh if that
  23. The bucco I had was under powered compared to its rating
  24. Guess all those people who got bashed on other forums weren't trolls huh
