Each year I try to focus on mastering a new style of fishing. This year I want to learn everything about shaky head for large and small mouth bass. I know the basics about it. But not the fine details amd I also need some help on finding so good quality hook to rig them on. I personally prefer the stand up jig over the rounded head style. Please give me as mush advice as you want.
My goal over this summer is to catch a musky. This has been my goal for a couple of years now but I just haven’t had the money to spend on getting the equipment to do so. I am looking on getting a good rod reel combo and a couple of versatile lures. I’m willing to spend around 400 dollars. Can you please help me out in getting some equipment. Any advice is nice too.

How do you guys decide what lure color to use in certain situations? Factors such as water clarity, baitfish for that area, etc. Im looking for advice on what colors to buy for the new season.
