Ive been taking my kids fishing at our tank. It is easy to catch the little perch out of their. They get so excited when they get a bite. I took them on their first kayak fishing trip last weekend. We have alot of learning to do but I think they enjoy it.

We did have fun I took them out to Stillhouse hollow lake near Belton Texas. I was a little scared about how my little girls kayak would do. It is a very short youth kayak I should had waited until Santa could afford a bigger one for her. Im sure if she likes it she will get a diffrent one in a year or two.

I took my kids out for their first Kayak fishing trip this weekend, they had lots of fun. I was not able to get my hook wet much. The kids learned some new stuff and no one ended up turttling so I guess all in all it was a good trip. It allways cracks me up when I'm getting my kayak ready to put in the water how men come up to my husband and tell him what a nice kayak he has and start talking about fishing. My husband does not like fishing at all and it is my kayak. I usually just grin and keep loading my gear as people wear my husbands ears down. lol

I was the strangest thing some one caught on the Leon River. I was on my kayak minding my own buisness when I was hooked in the back of the neck by an old black man fishing from the bank. I almost pulled that old man in trying to get that hook out of me. I guess I should had made more noise lol.

Well I guess My husband and I have an ass backward relationship. I love fishing and being outside.I am not great at fishing but I sure like doing it. I will stay out on my Kayak fishing all day while he is busy fidling with his Iphone. He gets aggervated when I try to get him to go fishing with me. Im trying to teach our kids how to fish and it is sure nice when I have help with them. I got the kids their own kayaks for christmas so wish me luck lol.

I wonder if it comes with some extra Voodo! lol

Hi I am Jessica Allen from Troy, Tx I fish the Leon river on my Jackson Cuda Kayak. I am usally with my uncle who follows me on my little two man boat. I am no where near ready for Tourney fishing but I sure do like getting on a hot bed of white bass. I look forward to learning from the rest of yall.
