  1. You can add a jack plate to pretty much any bass boat.. Once you have a jack plate you can add a powerpole to that. More expensive way of getting your power pole but you dont have to touch your transom. No offense but your sales guy seems like an idiot
  2. If thats what happened and you need a new light housing definitely go LED. I blew more bulbs when I ran regular lights. Walmart, $30, 2 hours and I had a new harness through my trailer with new lights which dont run the risk of blowing anymore!
  3. West Chester here!
  4. Depends on which Saranac, (Upper, Middle or Lower). I have plenty of spots on the Lower and Middle but they are connected to Kiwassa, Oseetah and Flower which literally give you every type of structure you could imagine and you can lock between them. Upper sits on its own
  5. Heres a better question: Whats the difference between a 14' canoe with only a trolling motor, and a 20ft ranger with only a trolling motor? Answer: In the eyes of the law, NOTHING. Pay it or strip the motor. I decided to pay.
  6. I remember back when they came out and I gave the squarebills a try. Two years later, hundreds of fish and I finally broke the bill off. Bought a few more in the same exact color and the one I had had gotten so faded it was ridiculous. Then again, I always wondered why it kept getting better and better. Mine are now sitting in the window sill to fade lol
  7. Only pic I have right now
  8. Paycheck hooks are the best ive ever thrown. Trokars tear the bait a lot too much
  9. $115. I think 90 0f that goes to flw. Then $20 per day of fishing
  10. Lose the swivel, tie direct. I go with a 4-5ft leader and it will slowly get shorter as it snags and breaks
  11. I've used Yakima and Thule. Yakima in my eyes is much better than Thule in terms of feet and crossbars but they seem to be on a level playing field with the actual racks (kayak rack, bike rack etc.) I just sold my car and bought a truck so I have a Yakima system (q towers, crossbars, and fairing) if your interested. They also have the lock cores in each of the feet keyed the same.
  12. bad distance in casting or wind knots are the only reason for concern. Otherwise ignore it. A lot or reels have weird patterns, especially with braid
  13. nothing innovative to begin with. dont like the call by BASS
  14. I keep it in!! Nobody will tap the back in a parking lot withot a big dent lol
