  1. 7" Powerbait worm, motor oil color, texas rigged with a 1/4 oz. bullet weight. Always works for me around here.
  2. CASH. That's it for me. I hate country music. But I love Johnny.
  3. What he said....
  4. Go with number 1. I found a 12' semi-v just like that at an estate sale for next to nothing. Then I went on tinboats.net to get ideas on how to customize it a bit. Decked it out and a 55 lb. trolling motor pushes it just fine with 2 people. I just added another trolling motor to the front, too, that I found on Craigslist. Perfect for the smaller waters!
  5. Great idea, will never happen. Too much $$$ involved.
  6. I haven't used them often, but when I did, my buddy had me set up with some Fat Albert grubs and we were catching 'em
  7. This guy is the hottest angler going right now! Just won the BASS event at Bull Shoals. Won the FLW event week. Was in the running at the Classic. Today he came from 11th place to win it all for the biggest BASS comeback in history. Not bad at all!
  8. I have used Scum Frogs with success and the price isn't bad, either. Like you said, they aren't very pretty like a lot of these new frogs coming out, but for the price, and their usefulness, I like 'em. Scum frog poppers have worked for me too.
  9. Wow! And I thought the original was bad...
  10. X2. Got one for $40 and love it.
  11. Fishing lures
  12. I have a ton of hats, but always seem to grab one of two when going fishing...Chicago Cubs trucker hat or my fitted Indianapolis Colts hat. Both are in need of a bath!

  14. Hello from Dyer, IN! Carmel is a very nice place to live...my wife grew up there.
  15. I have a binder with plastic sleeves and I hate it. I need ideas, too!
  16. All of this complaining....how does the decision effect YOU? Unless you're in this event, it doesn't. Quit crying! So they pushed it back a day. Is it really that big of a deal?!
  17. Very cool! Display 'em somehow
  18. I saw it advertised, too. I've always had luck tossing the ol' Jitterbug, and would be interested in trying one out. Lurenet is the only place that I've seen them.
  19. Depends on where you're fishing, but a spinnerbait can help you cover water and find fish. Jigs work all year long. Good luck!
  20. Hello from Dyer, IN!
  21. So was mine...sarcastic humor doesn't always work well through a computer.
  22. Lots of things break if you STEP on them. Just saying...
  23. Nice idea! I may try it out. Something different is always good around here.
  24. If they are still in good shape, why buy more? The past few years I would buy stuff "just to buy stuff", and I have finally taught myself to buy out of need only now. If I see something that I "just gotta have", I try to wait a few days and see if I REALLY need it. Most of the time, I don't. Just my opinion.
  25. Go to www.tinboats.net and do a little searching. Great site if you plan to modify your boat. I used plywood in mine and it still gets around fine on the electric only lakes.
