  3. Lifting
  4. One bait.......has to be a Dry Creek Tube....2nd....Dry Creek Grub. But I also LOVE the Rage Bug
  5. Hope this all works for ya...
  6. They never have been to partial to "Out West". I fished BASS many years ago when they were out west but didn't really care for the pro on pro formula. Guess their reasoning was not much participation or whatever...."it's there show"
  7. Brought back memories of fishing for them in Oregon......have gotten wet many times chasing them down rivers. Congrats...
  8. Please let us know how your adventure goes.
  9. Pretty much only when the grandkids want to go fishing....used to multi a lot but bass are first on the list now. Probably a good thing I don't live in Florida as I would also walk the beach's fishing saltwater. Won't cut my line either when a big muskie or striper grabs a lure. Dang....guess I just like being on the water!!
  10. Good job..... This is "one step forward for mankind"
  11. Through the "Eyes of a Child"....awesome. Ya did good.
  12. Well....tried the shrink last night during a small tourney....Does it hold the bait good...yes. Did I catch with it no!!!!!! My delima continues with this set-up. Had a few bites but believe they were all small fish. Think they were just grabbing the end of worm as I could tell the worm had moved a bit in the collar but not much. I like it better than the "O" rings....except now I have to figure out what to do with all the rings. Have really tried to get this system to work and it's just not doing it for me as well as tube or bug. Think will save for around docks on other lakes.
  13. Forest Gump said it in a nutshell...."Stupid is as.............
  14. Just put some shrink tubing on some senko's and worms for wacky rigging. Love that the hook is now going across the bait. Thought it would be a pain to rig and heat the tubing but was easy ... pezy. Now ...with a nail weight with the lead ball on the end...life will be good. Will be testing tonight.
  15. :)......no Melton Hill.....the place every one doesn't like but fish's anyway!!! Weather to start cooling I believe next week.
  16. You will be so excited to get out and enjoy.....
  17. Still pretty warm here....but can hardly wait....LOVE....LOVE.....LOVE the fall and winters around here. Fishing is soooo amazing. In Oregon I had to resort to salmon/steelhead which wasn't all bad .... but full time chasing bass is amazing. Good luck to you all and enjoy natures gifts.
  18. The "saga" continues!!!! Had a club tourney Saturday on the Hill again and four fish one with eight pounds....I had second with two fish for 3 something. One other guy had two fish...a couple small one fish's and many blanks. There were two other tourneys going on too and I heard quite a few people left early....gosh.
  19. I had a small WP and lost it a couple weeks ago....have no regrets...for as many fish as I caught on it I figured every cast I made was wasted as I could use something better. P.S. Hope your fishing picks up
  20. Have mostly Shimano's myself and have stuck with shimano grease and oil. Reels have done well for years. No complaint's.
  21. Its been in the high 60's here and they are not quite there yet....have heard when it gets closer to 60 its turn on time. We will see.
  22. What's amazing to me about these little fish is that sometimes they get the whole treble in the mouth!!!!!! HOW.
