  1. I would try something that moves a little fast. As mentioned cranks, spinnerbaits, lipless cranks. Just anything that gets around pretty fast.
  2. MegaStrike Shakey2 and a Spot Remover Are the only two I use!
  3. I'm the fish hear everything guy. Can't stand when you're fishing and your buddy is slamming boat compartments and walking around!
  4. Yea look great but don't work to well.. Fisherman catcher IMO
  5. Most of my worms don't float straight up but I think they manage about a 45-60 degree angle which works great. I think a roboworm stands up the best but I tend to not catch as many fish on a roboworm as say a strike king or zoom finesse worm. Just a thought.
  6. I'm in LA too! I love to shakey head fish, and my favorite shaky head jig heads are the megastrike shakE2 and the spot remover. Both make worms, craws, and beavers stand up. My favorite finesse worm to shakey head is the KVD Perfect Plastics Finesse worm. One of the softest worms I've ever used! Good luck with trying out shakey heads!
  7. I love these hooks. A few months ago I was restocking on hooks and was going for gami's but I saw the VMC's and thought they looked fine. Turns out they are semi-sharp and don't bend. I score at Cabelas with the price compared to you guys too. 13 pack is like 4.50 or something cheap.
  8. This is a very easy to fish with bait! I really like to use it whenever not many things are working and I want to slow it down a little. I normally put a smaller size weight (1/16 or 1/8oz) and work it just like a normal soft plastic. I really like to use it in all seasons really but mainly summer when the fish are kindof sluggish around midday. Also look at the top of the page and go to "Senko FAQ" Great info there!
  9. Throughout my bass fishing experience I have mainly used soft plastics but have suddenly gotten the urge to start fishing crankbaits/jerkbaits/lipless cranks. I really need some ideas on what your favorite jerkbaits, crankbaits (preferably medium-shallow divers), and lipless cranks. Thanks for any help in advance!
  10. If you really want to use that lipless just try and find triple barbed, sharper hooks. I put triple barbed trebles on my cranks.
  11. The Rage line is good I agree but I also have a hard time finding them locally and have to order them on TW
  12. No Problem!
  13. Ahh man I love Megaclaws too! and I got to go check out those live targets! 3 bucks?! Can't beat it.
  14. Mine is definitely a Baby Paca Craw or Zoom Ultravibe Speed Craw! Both in Summer Craw colors, what about you guys?
  15. When you get some there will be a small piece of plastic coming out the boottail. Just cut it off for a faster action!
  16. I ordered mine at TW before they were out
  17. Reaction Innovations Sweet Beavers and Havoc Pit Boss'. Can't go wrong when you're flippin' with these!
  18. Cant go wrong with a KVD 1.5 in chart. Blackback! Also the chart. Shad is great too!
  19. I gave the sick fish a try and they were great! Good fish catchers, good price, and good action. The only thing is the plastic is not too durable but it's semi-durable. Also if you want a faster action or have the bait keep the good action at a faster speed clip the little thing coming out the boottail!
  20. LOL nice on A-Jay
  21. Through saltwater fishing I have been introduced to a scent called Smelly Jelly. It comes in many different scents like shrimp, crawfish, baitfish, and sand shrimp. I highly reccommend this for freshwater and saltwater anglers.
  22. Thanks for the help Bobby, I am definitely going to try lizards and tubes during the spawn season
  23. I have some ugly otters and plan to use them.
  24. Thanks Teal! I have just bought some warmouths in pumpkinseed and now I can't wait to try them out! Are SK tubes any good?
  25. Will tubes work for largemouths? Just wondering because I've never used them but I know they are smallie killers. Also what about a creature bait on a shaky head?
