  1. i too have quite a few carbon handles, but not quite all my reels. all of them are 90mm - 102mm.
  2. was scrolling on cabela's website and they have some shimano chronarch ci4 casting reels, a few models marked down from $270 to $220
  3. Awesome group John, love all the diversity!!
  4. So sorry to hear that Andy, I'll keep you and the boys in my thoughts.
  5. New 100MM basszone carbon handle to replace the 80mm on a steez sv i bought recently. Really nice looking handle, knobs are squishy kind of rubber. But it did take about FOREVER for it to get here from Thailand. I think it took a vacation around New York for 2 weeks while it was "held up in customs"!
  6. I've had the rod a little while even though i have hardly even used it, but i just got the reel all slicked up and they're ready to roll now! It's kind of setup as an all around combo with 30# braid, but will see a lot of time with a Keitech swing impact type of bait on it. 10. i'd get mike to supertune the curado, but wouldn't worry with the bearing upgrade. he'll clean and flush the bearings and they'll perform about as well or even better as brand new ones!
  11. home made jig..... and it felt so good!!!
  12. doesn't get any better than this!!! these are my nephews from this summer when they caught all the "big-uns" with "unk".
  13. while both are easy to fish in my opinion, i feel like the spinnerbait and the senko are my most effective strengths. any time the wind is picking up the spinnerbait is my "confidence bait" and same for the senko when the conditions are clear and calm.
  14. Here's the BFS combo I put together recently. Haven't yet had a chance to fish it with the new spool. Whole outfit weighs 9.8 oz. 20. He was the last remaining figure from an era when the NBA was relevant to me. I couldn't pull it off, but his suits were incredible. Not to mention he seemed to connect with players better than anyone else could.
  21. Some acquisitions from the land of the rising sun!
  22. Some of my stuff with TW was on backorder so i'm still waiting on that, but here's most of it.
  23. Just spoiled up a UL spinning combo with some 8lb braid but haven't used it yet. Like you I thought they were basically giving it away so I figured it was worth a try.
  24. When i was in spain in September they were limited on some of the whiskey they offered, but i tried a japanese whiskey that was AWESOME.... unfortunately i can't for the life of me remember what it was called!
