  1. Spro Rat 50 in black
  2. Exactly what I was going to say.
  3. On a side note, I will buy the three. PM me
  4. Samsung Gear 360. Internal battery lasted about one hour. I need to do something about that. Not bad for a first try LOL Left click and drag to move view around.
  5. French fry. Zman one nose hooked with a small weedless hook floats well.
  6. Alabama Craw which is basically Green pumpkin with orange belly. Simulates a craw and a Sunfish/perch. My lake has no, or very few craws but plastic craws and jigs work great.
  7. Vibrate well. Very similar to a Buddy.
  8. Yup and time to break out the lure retriever.
  9. These are plastic blade baits. About 2" and 1/2 oz. The fish great with the cold water lift and drop in deeper water. Fun and easy to paint. PM me if interested in these blanks as I have extras.
  10. CRS and CRM squarebills
  11. #4 shorts
  12. Salt make them stiffer, not softer
  13. Color doesn't matter.
  14. Top is a shad image. Blades are all paint.
  15. 110+1 KO I painted. Jan 2018 and weighed 7-1#
  16. Yup, I had good results with it last spring in the newly emerging lillies.
  17. Rapala Weedless Shad. For some reason they are not available in the US. I have some extras so PM me if interested.
  18. I have never seen this Drop Shot knot before. Pretty cool and easy to tie. Any one try it?
  19. Basstackle Vid I made a while back on how to keep the nozzle on.
  20. Ko's (Chinese knock off) are good. Try Dinger baits for the unpainted blanks. I heard the Berkley has a bigger tail and it's hard plastic. Might break on a bad cast.
  21. The virgin plastic used to make baits is not a huge expense compared to the molds and the labor. Reheating used plastic these days is not so easy. Many different kinds of plastic that dont play nice together when melted. Most hold moisture and bubble. They burn easy and tend to smell.
  22. Yup was gonna say the hooks are supposed to swivel. As said not the prettiest molding or paint but they are solid and obviously catch pigs.
  23. For me cranks never go as deep as they say unless trolled. Take about 20% off advertised depths on a long cast. So 8' sounds about right.
  24. Berkley Flicker Shad in #5, #6, and #7. Add a size up front hook and they suspend. They cast much better than a Rapala Shad Rap. Storm Smash shad and Luck-E-Strike Rick Clunn Freak are favs too.
