  1. The MET13 for a little deeper spool.
  2. TBH for it its a 50/50 split between PP and 832... just depends on the mood I guess lol.
  3. Not rich at all... hard work and an understanding wife lol. Plus all the fishing stuff I buy was bought with Pokerstars money.
  4. #Obsession #Divorced? #Lovehatewithbaitmonkey
  5. JLS is awesome, I get stuff within 4 buisness days. I have no idea on the return policy, but that being said paying $274 for a new Aldebaran, why return it? They retail for around $420 you can just take it and resell it and probably make a profit if you don't like it.
  6. I kept breaking the bill on the 1.5's. The circuit board bills on the Arashi's are much more durable.
  7. Use to be 1.5 kvds but I'd break like three a trip. I've switched to arashis and never looked back.
  8. Because mono is way cheaper then fluoro.
  9. Lol... the majority of people dislike the reel seats on the LTBs.. I love em.
  10. For a sub $300 rod the LTB is hands down the best rod you can buy. That being saod the Avid is no push over either.
  11. Check fleebay, just grabbed one for $319 w/ free shipping from Japan.
  12. FYI anyone looking for a sub $200 reel, they got 2009 Aldebarans (Cores) for $189USD on JLS.
  13. They're very legit. If my Shimano buddy doesn't have anything in stock, JLS is my next stop.
  14. They're a great bait, and defiantly worth the $25. On the downside the bills on them are fragile. But if you're in the market to get expensive jerkbaits I'd defiantly recommend looking at Pointers as well.
  15. KVD 1.5, 2.5 and Squarebill Arashi.
  16. Shimano Brenious for under $200, That is all.
  17. 40lb pp with a 15lb Tatsu leader.
  18. Guilty.. I love the smell of Netbait stuff.
  19. You'll be happy either one you pick man. They're both awesome.
  20. But they are... you just gotta know a Shimano Rep . But "settling" for a MET isn't bad, lol. What were you going to use it for?
  21. And on another note, I cannot wait for someone to release a micro spool for the Aldebaran.
  22. Personally I think Shimano takes the cake when it comes to out of the box reels with the Met and Aldebaran. That's not comparing them to the Super tuned Megabass reels though.
