  1. You guys got me worried now. I got the same boat 10 months ago. It already had a recall on the mercury 9.9 where they had to install a clip so the motor wouldn't jump up when you gas it in reverse. I hope they get you back on the water soon.
  2. If you are willing to pay the $75 a month till you move and the complex will let you trial fit the spot I bet it will fit diagonally with the trailer tongue up high. Definitely a PITA and might need a buddy there to move it in or out but it could be possible to squeeze in I bet. But It would let you get up less early when you do take the boat out.
  3. I like the Magsafe line of prefrag ammo. Just make sure your gun likes it and if you get the +p versions that your gun can handle the extra powder. The results with this ammo is very impessive on tissue and they break up in sheetrock so a missed shot (not that any of us would miss) would be less likely to stray as far lethaly.
  4. I had the misfortune of not being familiar with the lake and hit some rocks coming off plane. It was my first time out with a new boat and motor. Everything seems fine though it really stressed me out though till I got it home and checked for cracks in the lower unit.
  5. Thanks ya'll and I hope you have a happy new years too, I'm gonna try to start it off good by trying to get my boat ready. I guess i'll start with the wiring if I can find some aluminum sheet metal. to mount the fuseblock to. Good thing I live five minutes from bass pro shops, or maybe its not so good?
  6. Hi, my name is Eric and i've been lurking around on here to get some ideas to be more productive on future fishing trips. Just trying to get my boat set up properly and find some fishing spots and chat with some folks with similar interests.
