  1. Wacky senko BOOM!
  2. Nice .... lmao
  3. The dreams I have generally include a hot babe that is out of my league, a boat I can't afford and a secluded cove that might hold some good fish ...
  4. Felix is my name. 7 is my lucky number.
  5. 4" Powerbait power worm.
  6. In that price range I love the Ascend sit in yak from BassPro. Was fortunate to be able to buy the Wilderness 115x but if I was limited I would have bought this.
  7. This! My preference is the VMC Rugby with a finesse worm.
  8. Absolutely. Love doing this. The key is controlling your drift and a weight heavy enough to maintain bottom contact.
  9. Drop vs. Split shot ... IMO they serve different purposes based on conditions. In and around grass I prefer the split shot. Edges, open water, smaller baits .... The DS. For the record I prefer the mojo over the split shot. Snags less in weeds IMO.
  10. I don't wanna even guess at a number. Lol
  11. Thanks. I painted it, cured it in the oven and assembled the blade to the jig right out of the oven. Worked great.
  12. For me it is a matter of water clarity. The clearer the water the more translucent the skirt.
  13. "White rods blend in with the sky so the fish can't see it."
  14. This pretty much sums it up. Adding my 2-cents ... I tend to use 2 trailers. A fluke type trailer when a more subtle action is preferred. Something like the Rage Menage or Craw when you need some more "noise".
  15. I still tend to fish spinnerbaits more often than a chatterbait. Sometimes they just prefer one vs. the other. I will say that in dirty shallow water I have more success with a black/blue chatterbait vs a colorado spinnerbait. Go figure
  16. 12lb Seaguar InvizX
  17. Baitmonkey strikes again ... placed my order. Sounds like some good winter reading.
  18. RIde 115x ... Added a Lowrance fishfinder using the removable console. Also added a milk crate with rod holders.
  19. I have had zero success with them.
  20. May things are still generally slow but you can certainly fish. My clubs annual pike tournament is in May much farther north if that tells you anything.
  21. Welcome
  22. Yup ... found a video which does a decent job of describing what he is doing. I have had success with very short leaders (aka Zero-shotting I believe) up to about 6 inches. After that it gets difficult to manage from the bank unless you are in an open area. Good luck
  23. Very nice ... handle looks perfect to me
  24. Bought a new Sony Vaio for Christmas. Once connected to the same network it become available to stream YouTube, Netflix etc. Pleasantly surprised.
