  1. So are these any good? They only cost $3 so I'm not to worried if they don't work but should I even fish them? Also are they at least better than the brand new ones?
  2. Really? Would you be kind enough to share your source with me? Even though this isn't an original Bagley it's still a cool bait and only cost me $3. Wish the guy had some more of them.
  3. The bottom of the back. It wouldn't let me upload it as one pic because the file was too large.
  4. The top of the back.
  5. And another
  6. Here's a pic
  7. I picked up a couple Bagley balsa b's from a yard sell and was wondering if y'all could tell me a little about them like what year range they were from. Thanks
  8. I plan on going jugging in a few weeks once the weather warms up. My question is I bought a bunch on swimming noodle and cut them into 15" sections but now I don't know how to attach the line to them. I am worried that if I just tie it to the center it would snap the foam in half? Also I know many people run PVC through the center on the noodle but I need a cheaper and easier solution. Thanks in advance
  9. As others have said 7 foot medium heavy is a good all purpose combo. Probably a little light for frogs and big jigs and a little heavy for crankbaits so if you all ready have some rods for this you may want to go with something a little more lure specific.
  10. Do they still make the sol? Everyone keeps talking about it but I can't find them anywhere.
  11. The savvy series are not a good rod for the price at all. It's light and balances great but the blank felt dead to me and the cork seemed kind of cheap for the price of the rod. I returned the rod.
  12. Heck no. Go finance ya a new ranger z520 carbon.
  13. I met Roland at gander mountain 2 years ago.
  14. Like some others have said I really love my abu Garcia veritas and revo s combo, I have yet to find anything better for under$300. I personally wouldn't recommend the dobyns savvy series, I think they use cheap cork and it has almost no sensitivety.
  15. That's sucks man, the tournamnet director definitly made a bad call, you were cutting it pretty close on time but that's besides the point.
  16. Yes we need the full story to give an accurate opinion.
  17. Stren braid is good for the price and better than spider wire. IMO The new sunline sx1 finesse braid is supposed to be pretty good but I have yet to try it.
  18. Gander does
  19. So they replaced the miss aligned guide rod and the replacement for that rods broke also?
  20. I have the 14 and 20 pound test. The 14 is good line for the money but the 20 is just a little too stiff and has too much memory for my liking.
  21. So should we stop buying reels alltogether?
  22. I know it's not horrible but excel is 1500yds for $9 and I was having major issues with the trilene breaking right before they switched to the new formula which i haven't tried yet. I mostly use fluro for tournaments but for every day fishing it cost to much the way I like to change line out.
  23. How do you rig you're senkos?
  24. Like others have said as long as the motor runs and the hull is not rotted or anything is a good deal even if you replaced carpet, flooring, and the seats.
