And yea, I did invent a new technique, Topwater-Swim-Senko LOL, I nailed a nice one while quickly bringing a senko back to the boat, one came up and nailed it! We started off with top water, I was throwing chug bug and LMG was using spook. I got my first 5 or so on the chug bug and then it went quiet, so I figured "what the h3ll! i'm throwing senko!" and nailed another 20-30 that way. After than we switched to lizards and for the next two hours we pulled a fish to the boat almost every minute!!! it was totally mind blowing!!! every second or third cast would produce a fish!!!

Man what a day! LMG and I brought in, conservatively, EIGHTY, that's 80, fish in the boat today!!! OMG it was absolutely on FIRE!!!!!!! I'll let him post the pics (since he hasn't emailed me them yet). Most of them were dinks, I got a few that were worth taking pics of, and he, well, he caught the monster of lake coral springs!!! Nothing I got today was over 16" so no new fish to enter...

Lou, everyone else I can pay off or shoot (just kidding admins ) but LMG is armed and un-corruptible, which makes him a very dangerous opponent!

Went out with LMG this evening for about an hour and a half. Oh what a glorious evening it was! I caught 2 fish and he caught Z! E! R! O! Muchahhahaahahhaahahhahaahahaa the revenge is mine!!!!!!! Bad news is that even with this one he's 2 inches ahead of me!!! I think I'll go make a video about that... M. P.S. BTW, I started using some top water lures LMG showed me, got 2 today on a chug bug (he was using a Zara Spook and had a huge blowup on it but no fish hahaha sucks to be you LMG... also ask me how he hooked it on a tree branch across the canal and had to walk 1/4 mile to get it back LOL )! Oh what a fun lure it is! It takes certain skill to "walk it" and it's all that more rewarding when you catch something on it! The fish below was bleeding a bit because one of the treble hooks jabbed it on a side.

Yes, I also think a lot about how a boob like you catches so many fish while I get skunked! I mean we're on the same boat, using the same lure, on the same line,rod,and reel, throwing in the same spots, seemingly working the lure the same way! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW FRUSTRATING THAT IS?!?!?!?

depends. i used to get super excited when i hooked into a nice snakehead while bass fishing. now i find them to be mostly an annoyance, they are too easy to catch and get in the way sometimes. once i caught a really large Mayan Cyclid while bass fishing. didn't bother my one bit, in fact i was surprised how it managed to inhale a lizard on a 5/0 EWG hook, and how hard it fought.

Mostly I think about what I'm doing wrong when they're not biting, and about how much I hate LgMouthGambler with every fiber of my body Other than that, not much else is going on up there when I'm fishing. It's my Zen time and I often find an hour or more will pass without me even realizing it, I get so involved in my hate for LGM, errrrr, love of fishing P.S. J/K Admins, I Love LgMouthGambler P.S.2. I do a lot of wishful thinking if you would, I imagine the fish following my lure and striking it, this is magnified when I'm working a top water lure. When I catch a nice one I think about it a lot after I released it. About how it hit, how he fought, I try to decompose and analyze every millisecond from strike to release. I'm a software developer by day, so it sort of comes natural to me

Went out today and tried some lures LMG showed me last Sunday... Spook and Chug Bug, the bite was on, got 7-8 bass, but all dinks, maybe 3 or 4 were 15-16 inches. Good news is bite is getting better though!
