  5. i agree just throw it away
  6. all the above. Wacky rigged senko, fluke, weightless trick worm, drop shot etc. something finesse
  7. Its not as bad as it sounds and it is not the same as the games haha. Is it hard? yes but at my gym there are people of all ages/body types. yes there are people in there that are very built and very good at it, but id say half are average people just looking to get in shape that are somewhat beginner's at lifting. Id say go try it out for a day and just see how you like it! you've got nothing to lose!
  8. id go with a Berkley lightning rod or lightning shock 7'mh for the rod and then an abu silvermax reel if your wanting to keep it as cheap as possible. better reels would include bps pro qualifiers, lews speed spools, and shimano citicas.
  9. Id also recommend crossfit too. Its an awesome way to get a great workout in and its only an hr a day. Check and see if theres a crossfit near you and go try it out I love it. Its a very high intensity workout that mixes cardio, lifting, and others all together. Do this once a day 5 days a week plus protein/creatine and I guarantee you bulk up.
  10. Im 18 and live in Raleigh. Ive been bass fishing seriously for about 3 years and am very interested in joining a bass club as a co angler. I was looking for anyone that is a member of a club in Raleigh or can recommend a good club in Raleigh. Im wanting to join as a coangler and was also curious as to what to expect as far as how often clubs meet and how coangling works etc.. Also when clubs normally start/when a good time to join would be. Thanks
  11. that's a heck of a price for 19 DOZEN flies woww
  12. Has anyone ever heard/used an all star Stanley special jig rod? I picked one up from a neighbor yesterday. Its an older rod for sure but looks like its never been used. Its 6'10" and is retractable. MH. Just wondering what I have and how old it is? Thanks
  13. split shot a lizard on beds... its killer. Just slowly drag it over the bed. I also love zoom trick worms. I have about every color they make.
  14. ^^^exactly theres literally no info on how deep it dives, if its suspending or floating, etc. but the colors are great and so was the price.
  15. Has anyone used these baits, the KVD slashbait/jerkbaits? I picked up a couple yesterday on sale and they looked pretty good quality. Great colors and very similar looking to the lc pointers, just half the price. Just wondering if anyones used em and if there any good? Thanks
  16. i have a lews 7.1 as well, the speed spool
  17. 7.1 for picking up line quick to set the hook, especially when jig fishing fish hit it on the fall alot. I have a 7.1 on my pitching rod and like it just fine.
  18. i think hes talking about the zoom mag II
  19. Awesome. Thanks for the info. Im sure they have them ive just never seen them in there. Ive seen some st croix, some shimanos, and some cheaper berkley stuff, as well as a ton of crappie and catfish stuff and striper
