This is not a normal or something thats to be expecter or accepted... Granted it can happen. The is generally from an improperly installed hydraulic line into a push-lock fitting. Or a damaged fitting. The older push lock fittings were also revised later on to include an insert which fit into the hydraulic line.
PLEASE NOTE:
ALL 2011 and newer power poles include a compression style fitting. The no longer use push lock fittings. This new style compression style fitting is similar to that used on a bathroom sink. Take the hydraulic line, slide the nut and a feral (sp) over the line, place into the fitting and hunker down...
